Where do you ship to?

Domestic
We ship anywhere within the U.S. We also ship to PO/FBO/APO addresses. 

International
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. *Please refer to list of countries at checkout. We cannot ship to international PO boxes.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make a change please contact us and we will do our best to help!

Can I change the billing address for my order?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order details are available under your account section. We’ll also send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

You can purchase Bubble online through ou website or on Beautybay.com. And in an effort to make our products available in more places where you shop, we’re excited to announce that we are now at Ulta, CVS, Amazon, Beauty Bay, and US + Canadian Walmarts!

Can I purchase Bubble on Amazon?

For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Bubble brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Bubble brand offers a 45 day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Only one promo can be applied to each order. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Applepay, Klarna, and Venmo. 
For Venmo, please make sure you enable on-line payments through the Venmo app.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Can you return / exchange skincare products?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact us at  love@hellobubble.com .

Can I return a Bubble product that I purchased from a retail store through hellobubble.com?

If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy. We do not accept returns through hellobubble.com.
